Hi Zimm,

I'd suggest re-starting Windows, then logging on with a user account that has Administrator privileges. Re-starting Windows will make sure that whatever programs might have had the folder open get closed and logging on with a user account that has Administrator privileges should ensure you'll have whatever elevated user permissions the folder might have gained.
