I have laid out an org chart manually, when I add connectors between managers and subordinates the arrows are reversed. The manager is showing as position type manager and the subordinate is showing as a Position. I can manually change the arrow direction but that doesn't change their position, when I move the subordinate the manager moves but when I move the manager the subordinate stays. I feel this should be something very simple that I'm missing. The only way i've found to resolve it is to delete the subordinate and then copy another subordinate that is behaving OK.
