Can Visio easily produce the attached AV drawing ?

Yes and No

The layout of that graphic is called an isometric projection. Visio can be amazingly fast to create graphics like this but (a very big but) you will need to find or create stencils that contain the shapes.

If you don't have any/all of these shapes already then they will need to be found or created - finding is a lot faster than creating. You can search online for stencils but here are a couple of hits I thought might be useful starting points.
