Cannot select a text box

Hi
I've been struggling with this all day.

I have a text box full of text, I would like to select this text box in order to move it.

However nothing I do will allow me to do this, it keeps highlighting the text in the box not the box itself.

Surely there must be an easy way to select the box itself - I'm new to Visio
