I'm not an Autocad user so I don't know the difference between a block and a group. It doesn't appear that there are any optional settings that can configure the SaveAs or Export of a dwg file.

Are you saying that some of your Visio content is being exported as blocks and some is being exported as groups and that you want everything as blocks? If so, is this related to what appears in the Document Stencil and what doesn't?
