I tried using my title setup as a background page and it will work for me. I am self taught on Visio and always drawing and never learning so there are a lot of tricks I don't know. I have tried using levels, for example, but inevitably one level does not print which always happens when I'm in a hurry. LOL

Your post has been very helpful and will make my life considerably easier as I can think of a number of ways this application will speed up my work!
