Thank You...A picture is work a thousand words. I completely understand the issue now but, unfortunately I do now have the updated version of Visio to provide an accurate answer. I do know that in earlier versions (2003/2007) the colors you have an issue with would be done individually...and it was a painful process (I never did find a way to change those colors by default).



There is another site with more Visio users (with the 2016 version of Visio) that you may want to visit: http://visguy.com/vgforum/. There appears to be much more users there with more experience than I that may be able to help you.
