When I double-clicked on the pasted graphic, it took me to a new (smaller) window with the graphic[\quote]
This happens on my PC which has both Word and Visio installed.
However, the PC that the user (who wants to edit the Word doc) only has Word installed and is not on a network.
It does not have Visio installed on it

Thanks

There, I would assume, lies the problem. Because when it is imported (copied) into Word, and double-clicked, it is STILL a VISIO file. If Visio is not installed, he/she would not be able to edit at all.
