changing background colors

Hi, I'm a novice Publisher user. I'd like to change the background color to handouts we give out. Is there a way I can either change each background color to another choice or change all the background colors to the same substituted color?

This forum would not allow mem to upload as a .pub file so I had to save it and upload as a pdf.
