Printing in Long Bond

Hello, I am printing a booklet and the page size is set to 8.5x6.5" (8.5x13"). While printing, there's no Long Bond option, but only Letter and Legal. I can't seem to define a custom paper size. There's a User-Defined option, but it doesn't allow me to change anything.

I am using Microsoft Publisher 2007.

How do I set a Long Bond option for printing?
