Default Batch mail merge and print

I'm trying to find a way to automate the printing of 167 newsletters (which are 10-20 pages each) for the 157 subscribers on my list. These "newsletters" are a series of teachings that subscribers receive bi-weekly via mail (it's a prison ministry). I have a database in Access which keeps track of what each person has received and what they should receive next. What I need is a VBScript or PowerShell solution or something that will look in the table of the database which shows how many of each newsletter to print, open each Publisher file (or PDF if possible), merge the contact info into the mailing label section for each recipient and print. It should automatically open each file, merge and print in a batch with the push of a single button. Does anyone have any idea of how to accomplish this? I have some knowledge of macros and VBScript (limited). I might be willing/able to pay someone to help me put a solution together for this. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Thanks!

EDIT: My system right now is Windows 7 but I'll be moving to Windows 10 within the month.
