Create template that auto-fills from excel spreadsheet

Hey all,

I am not very familiar with Publisher but I am putting together a product catalog. I need to be able to create a template for each product. Each product will need a bar graph for ratings. Is it possible to create a spreadsheet that will automatically change the ratings, product name, etc? If you need more info let me know.
