Default PDF Printing from Publisher

Hi,

I am using Publisher to build a large-scale map for an event. The paper size that I am using is 4 metres x 4 metres! Obviously, the document is not designed to be printed on paper, but I would like to export the document as a PDF.

I currently use CutePDF Printer to convert documents to PDF. This has worked fine for me in the past, but when I come to print this document, publisher insists on printing it as 300 'tiles' of A4 paper, and not one big bit.

Does anybody know of any ways round this?? The document needs to be shared with a committee, but they may not have publisher on their machines.

I also tried to save the document as a JPEG, but I get an error message: 'Publisher cannot save the file'. I'm presuming this is because of the size of the document??

Many thanks,

bostockm
