Hi
If you are trying to change calendars AFTER you have entered tasks then this is part of your problem and a problem that a lot of people have encountered (including me). First you ned to set up a blank mpp file and change the calendars to suit. Only once you have done that should you start entering tasks. Hope this helps. Good luck. Tony |

Otherwise, does the forum know of work-around suitable for an existing mmp? |

Hi
Make sure you have applied a resource to the task otherwise it WILL only show as one day on the Gantt bars. Hope this helps. Good luck. Tony |
