Just to show you, if you apply your Actual Start to Complete Through against your summary, you will show green in your marker but you are actually behind schedule. Also, in some instances, if you have too many nested summaries, MSP employs a weighting to each of the subsequent summaries so it further compounds your problem. Hope this helps Sean |
