What is really the problem, the Summary Tasks (Outline Headings) are also sorted by Start in the file you attached.

Hi Project Planner,
Thanks so much for responding, I had just about given up hope. Your comment "the Summary Tasks (Outline Headings) are also sorted by Start"... a couple of questions: 1. Are'nt the Summary Tasks supposed to sort by Start? 2. Urbanization should be the first task-group under "Construction", but it sorts to last... why can't I get it to sort to the proper start?
