Color coding "% Work Completed" column based on completion value
Hi All,
Noobie here.. I want to be able to color code the cells in "% Work Completed" column based on their value. For example when: %= 100 Background is Green; %= >0<40, Cell Background is Yellow; % = >39<100, Cell Background is Amber; % = 0 Cell Background is Blue. Can anyone help with the details on how I could make this happen? Thanks. |

Not sure the conditional formatting you are after is possible. You can use "Marked" text style to highlight one value but not 4 values that you are after.
How about using graphical indicators to achieve the same thing with a custom text field? This video might help you. Microsoft Project Progress Status Traffic Light - YouTube |
