Hello,
i noticed that Microsoft Project is not reflecting the accurate percentages of work completions in the following case: (for ex it is showing let's say 40 % progress where the real is should be 30%) - if a task has duration of 4 days and the task has delayed to 14 days due to delay from customer or for any reason: in this case % completed is still same but after let's say 4 + 14 +5 days it get completed: the total duration now is high and having impact on overall percentage of project due to increase on number of days. the question is: how to accommodate this? can we add a custom formula dealing with custom fields? Kindly advise Regards, Fouad |
