Problem Uploading Excel to Replace Existing Data

Hi there,

Need some help, I have a master microsoft project with numerous subprojects linked to it. When I export the master to excel, do my INDEX/MATCH, and then re-upload using the merge mapping tool my new data goes to the end of my project rather than replace the existing. I am even using the unique ID mast my merge key and it still doesn't work. Can anyone help with what I am doing wrong?
