Change BaseLine Cost, but not time
Hi to everyone! I would like to know if there is any posiblity to change the cost of the baseline after stablish it, without changing the time of the baseline. (I used fixed cost originally) My objective is to calculate the earned value. The budget have been changed but not the timeline, and the project is ongoing, so if I create a new baseline the time would be updated too. thanks!!
