Budget Cost - Baseline Cost
Good Morning All,
Refer attachments I have prepared small programme to see how does this following works after baselined? Budget cost - Cumulative Baseline Cost - Cumulative Actual Cost Earned Value When I Looked the cost overview in reports tab, budget baseline cost should spread cumulatively from start date to end date and commulative cost based on resources and material as well, What you can see from attached graph that its (budget baseline cost) are not starting from 0 - 50K and same issue with commulative cost. I am confused and don't know how to fix this therefore I would appreciate if someone could guide me?
