Tools > Customize Fields
Field type is Duration.
Click the Rename button if you want to rename it.
Choose the Formula radio button then click the Formula button
The formula is:
ProjDateDiff([Finish],[Finish1],"standard")

The 3rd argument is the calendar. if you don't use the standard calendar, put your calendar name there instead.

Then you will need to Insert the field in the table.
