Hello is there a way where i can produce a report showing the no of tasks by week by resource?

The easisest way mat be to use a lookahead view for the period you want (a week, day or whatever period you want) and then filter resources to show the ones you want. If you only have a few resources this may be simplest, and you can set up a template to show the info you need.
