Hello All,
I am relatively new to MS Project, looking for a solution to the following problem. Suppose I have two tasks and one resource.
Initially I would like to have R work on A & B simultaneously; 50% on task A and 50% on task B. After two days task A will have been completed, and task B will have 50% remaining. Does MS Project provide the capability such that R will automatically start to dedicate 100% of his "units" to task B, once task A has been completed? Many thanks for any hint or tips in advance! |
