Hi All,
I'm looking for a formula that will indicate/highlight if the gap between two tasks is greater than 20 working days. For example, Task A is the predecessor of task B and there must be a 20 working day gap between the two tasks. If the gap become greater than 20 working days, I need an indicator to highlight this against task B. Does anyone have a formula to achieve this? Any help would be appreciated Cheers Planner18 |

Unfortunately you cannot write formulas in Project that refer to more than one task.

Hi Julie,
That's a pity. Any thoughts how this can be achieved any other way? Cheers Planner18 |

I am guessing you are setting the lag on the link relationship? Have you considered putting a deadline on task B? You will be a visual flag if the recalculation causes the finish of the task slips past the deadline.
