physical % complete
hi - hope someone can telll me: I have a project with work loaded say 10000 hrs over a duration over a few years. When I progress the plan with Physical % complete over a month period say 2%. The value in actual work hrs is different to that when I divide the 10000hrs by the 2%. Any reason why?
