Just working on it now and have had a thought, supposing I'm made aware of a change to the programme (for example a resident will be away for a while from December, so no access will be available to their property) and I have to rearrange their start date, how would I show this in Project?
I get that I can just add lag to push back their scaffold erect date, but this will move on every property afterwords. How would you deal with that? Thanks again. |
