![]() Pretty basic question, but I can’t find the answer in MS Help… I have the estimated number of man days’ effort per resource per task and I want to capture this in the resource allocation, e.g. Person X has 10 days’ work to do on Task Y, which is spread over 5 weeks. The work may not be 2 days per week, I just want to track overall effort. MS Project only seems to allow me to enter a %age. If you put in holidays for example, it changes the %age, which I don’t want to do. Am I missing something? Thanks. |
