Default Multiple resource assignment

I have been assigned the wonderful task of compiling a full resource listing for all of our works that can be added to our standard Project layout.

We have a number of resources available that need inserting as a group- for example surfacing requires a paver, roller, supervisor and 7 general operatives. Excavation requires excavator, dumper, supervisor, machine operator, general operative, or may be amended to large excavator for other works.

If I have resources that cover the above separately, (so resources would be general operative, machine operator, paver, excavator etc), can I set up resourcing so that a set of resources can be added? Grouping is already being used (this defines the subcontractor) but that could be amended if necessary.

thanks
