You can prompt for data, but you'll need to re-input the data every time. The only other method would be to develop something using code (VBA) where you could capture in the input and pass it through to other filters.
Out of my skill set - but if you have some skills with VBA - you could try posting to the Technet Forum https://social.technet.microsoft.com...ct2010custprog
