I maintain a project plan for my team's projects. So there is a line item for each project. each team member is allowed to add new project resource request to the plan, but I maintain the project already approved. I want to determine when someone modifies an existing approved project, so I used the term last maintenance date. there is a creation date, but I want to determine if someone other than me has modified the plan.
