I suspect the answer is no, but I (blessedly) rarely use Project anymore.
I know you can vary the length of a workday in Project, but don't know that you can vary it week by week to achieve shorter weeks in winter, which would have the equivalent effect. As a complete hack, you could scatter holidays in winter months. |
