You'll need to customize your ribbon:
File > Options Customize Ribbon Add a new Group to an existing Ribbon or Create a new tab On the left under "Choose Commands from:" select All commands Scroll to find the "Edit Links" command in the list. Click Add to add it to your custom ribbon or group.
