It's tough to tell what's going on. It looks like you have large amounts of splits in the task. Does it show this way on screen?
Are you updated with the most recent service pack and public updates to Project 2010? See: http://blogs.technet.com/b/projectsupport/p/msp10.aspx for information on the latest updates.
