It sounds like you are looking for the data from the left side (non-timescaled) portion of the Resource Usage view.

I suggest adding the Start and Finish fields to the table and then select all in the table. (Click the select all area above the ID numbers )

Copy and paste into Excel.

Does that get you what you need?

I'm not sure how you intend to create a RAG status for each "activity". How would you determine what a task status is if more than one person is assigned?
