So, what are your questions? I think your apparent expectation that someone here is going to do your homework is misguided.

The document states:
Expectation:
1. You should know how to use MS Project to resolve above questions.
2. You should know how to use a WBS in MS Project.
3. You should know how to use Gantt Chart to manage your tasks.
4. You are supposed to evaluate finish date, costs and critical path.
5. You are expected to manage your resource by MS Project.

It appears as though the project file you attached is not following the directions. I'd start again with today's date as the Project start date.
