You can change what appears through the Bar Styles command. Right click in the Tracking Gantt view and select Bar Styles from the shortcut menu.
Select the bar you want to change and click the Text tab in the lower portion of the screen. You may add the Resource Names to the left, right, top, bottom of the bar.
