Hi!
I am currently doing a course in project management as part of my Masters Degree in Engineering Management. I have to implement a fixed cost of $5000 per day for the duration of the project. This means that if the duration shortens due to crashing or prolongs due to external factors MS Project needs to calculate the (5000)*(duration of project) and add it to the Project Cost. I have tried Googling but have not found anything of help. Might just be missing something very basic here. ![]() I am running MS Project 2013. Thank you very much! |
