You have a couple of options:
When keeping all tasks in one project, you can view individual network critical paths through Tools > Options, Calculation - show multiple critical paths. You may create a resource pool file http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/pr...010214871.aspx And then create a master project from the pool to link tasks across project files.
