I'm faced with the task of replicating a project time-line very similar to the attached picture.

The way i see it the dates had to be inputted manually for the bars to show up the way they do since some start at specific points in the month.
I need the bars to be filled showing progress & the %.


I need the colored divided sections.
Any templates similar to this? What is the best program to do this?
I tried visio gnatt chart but didnt get far. Ideas? Tips?
