I just notice that I have an issue with the Flags of the two resources, for some reason once there are two resources for the same task both Flags are turning to be "NO". Maybe you can share with me the all process from A to Z from assigning two resources till color them differently. I truly much appreciate it!! ![]() Thanks, Shir, |

For each Flag field you will need the following formula:
IIf(InStr([Resource Names],"r1")>0,-1,0) replace the "r1" with each resource name - enclosed in quotees. The formula tests the location of the resource name inn the Resource Names field. If that location is greater than zero, it displays Yes, if it is zero or less, the name does not exist within the field. Using the InStr formula allow multiple resources to be assigned. |
