Hi everyone I'm new to the board!
I'm much more comfortable in MS-Excel than I am in MS-Project. I'd like to place some tasks from my MS-Project into Excel so I can put in pivots, create custom summary tables etc. I'm having trouble copying into excel though - I can't capture the indicators field. So, although when I look at the project in Excel, I can't tell which tasks have completed, which are 75% done etc. without looking at the original MS-Project file. Is there a way to copy over the indicators tab? Thanks, Ravi |

Do you mean the indicators field? As far as I know, those graphics do not come over through a copy/paste.
Insert the % complete field and use that as a much more reliable indicator of progresss. |
