Default Can I create a report that shows the health of a project?

I'm new to Project 2013 and am trying to determine if I can create a report that looks like the attached image. Essentially, it reflects which summary tasks are complete (blue), on schedule (green), at risk (yellow), slipped (red).

Is this possible? Are there key words I can search for in the forum? Online?

Thank you in advance.
