I'm not sure I understand the "team" section of the grid - but you can certainly create a report in Project 2013 showing summary tasks, their scheduled finish, baseline finish, and finish variance, as well as status.
You can create RAG status indicators in the task list itself. There are none defined as you need to define what you mean by late, at risk, or okay.
