Hello from Italy, I hope for your help, I just started to use Project.
I have a problem to level the resources, I'll explain you the reason. I have a task A with priority 1000, which has a duration of 1 year, on which the resource Giovanni is committed to 25% of his time, so I changed the units from 100% to 25% (10h a week). Let's suppose that Giovanni do another task B with priority 500 which has a working time of 3 days (24h): if I assign the start date of the task B, how can I automatically level the units of Giovanni for task B in order to know the date of finish work of task B, and so the duration? My desire is that Project, as a result of overallocated resource, changes the units of Giovanni on task B in order to allow Giovanni to work 6 hours a day and so complete the task B in 4 days but I'm not able!
