I'm not sure if you are talking about the Timeline view or the timescale in the Gantt chart view.

Timeline view - use the Date Format button on the Timeline Tools Format ribbon. Select W4/4 format.
Timescale in Gantt view - right click in the timescale, select Timescale and change the label as needed.
