Sorry, no. There may be a method through VBA - but that is no particularly my skill set.



You can do some calculation in spare number fields, but you will still need to manually input.

I was fairly sure this was the case, ir was really a case of hoping someone had done similar work and found a method. Thanks for the answer, I dont need to keep looking for a non existant answer
