Hi Julie
Thanks for replying. I am unsure how to copy my original baseline to baseline 1. I can see there is a copy function on interim plan but not the baseline option. Can you talk me through this please? I don't want to lose all the variance data I have. Thanks Jo |

in Project 2010:
Project tab > Set Baseline > Set baseline. click Set Interim Plan Copy Baseline Intro: Baseline 1 You can then set the calculation of variance through File > Options, Advanced. |
