Hi Sean,
You can create new bars styles and use the Flag fields to signify what colors you need. There are 20 flag fields you can use.
- Add the flag fields as needed to a table view - use one flag for each formatting color you wish to show.
- Add the Rollup field to the table to make your life easier.
- Display the Bar Styles dialog.
- Delete the existing *Rolled up bar style
- Cut the "Task" bar style and paste as many times as needed. (Paste underneath the "Task" bar style.
- Rename the first bar style (Flag1), change the shape and color as desired.
- In the "Show for" enter Rolled up, Flag1.
- Repeat for Flag 2, Flag3 etc.
