Hi all
I have a project register in excel which I am writing some VBA for to extract and build a project ready input file. On the attached sheet I have a manual repsresentation of the summary bars I would like to create but I need to know if it is possible to automate the colouring of the bars on the rolled up summary as at the moment to get the representation I had to do it manually as you lose the formatting when you roll up. Tried using flags etc, but i need to condition each colour on the same line for rolled up tasks and I dont think I can specify both the rolled up task in bar styles as well as the checking of the flag. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Sean |
